At the intersection of New York State Rte. 11 and New York State Rte. 30 in Malone, continue straight ahead onto New York State Rte. 30 south. Continue on New York State Rte. 30 south through Paul Smiths and Lake Clear to the entrance of Saranac Inn on the left.

Continue straight ahead on New York State Rte. 30 south to the entrance of Saranac Inn on the left.
